Passed away peacefully at Fairview Homes surrounded by loved ones.
Devoted husband of Margaret (dec). Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Mark and Jacinta, Helen and Darryl, Allison, Phillip and Jacqueline. Adored grandfather of Claire, Matthew, Stephan, Luke, Kayla, William, Alicia (dec), Shannon, Tomas, Hope, and Charlie. Cherished great grandfather of William, Annabelle, Grace, Bonny, and Sebastian.

Funeral Prayers for the repose of the soul of Mr Tomislav (Tom) Ljubic will be held at the Nielsen Funeral Chapel, Korumburra Rd, Warragul on TUESDAY (April 28) at 3pm.​​​​​​​​​​​​

The Service will also be live-streamed.

A Private Cremation will follow.
