Dearly loved wife of Keith (dec).
Adored Mum of Greg, Lisa, Denis, Jenny, Erin and their partners. Devoted Gran of Johnathon, Marc, Dylan, Olivia, Leiam, Grace, Brock and Reeve.
Loved sister, aunty and friend to many.

A Service to Celebrate the life of Patricia Lewis was held at the Nielsen Funeral Chapel, Korumburra Rd, Warragul on TUESDAY (September 9) at 10 am.
