Passed away peacefully at Latrobe Regional Hospital, Traralgon.
Just shy of her 90th birthday.
Loving daughter of Fred and Linda (both dec).
Sister of Barrie (dec) and Robert (dec).
Sister-in-law of Leatha and Carol.
Beloved Aunt of Garry, Mark, Wayne, Brett, Brendan, and Andrea and their families.
Margaret was deservedly honoured with the Medal of the Order of Australia for her service to nursing, particularly midwifery. She was a devoted advocate for education and the empowerment of women, and she will be sadly missed.

The Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Margaret Helen Peters OAM will be held at
the W J Tuck Reserve Hall, Strzelecki Highway, Mirboo North on FRIDAY (October 9) at 11 a.m.​​​​

The Service will also be live-streamed.
