Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family and friends following a short battle with brain cancer.
Aged 39 years
Loved son of Toss and Sid, brother of Nathan, Jonathan, Heydan, Emma, and families.
Proud father of Jordan and Storm, and uncle to many nieces and nephews.
Loving partner to Mel and family.

A Service to celebrate the life of Leon Cook will be held at the Nielsen Funeral Chapel,
2 Korumburra Road, Warragul on FRIDAY (April 24) at 10.30 a.m.

The Service will also be live-streamed.
