Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the West Gippsland Hospital, Warragul.
Dearly loved husband and best friend of Elisabeth for 70 wonderful years.
Much loved Dad and father-in-law of John and Colleen, Trudy and Peter, Shane and Julie, Sharon, Darren and Mia, Melissa and Jon. Adored Pa of 20 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
Dearly loved and sadly missed

A Service to celebrate the life of Desmond (Des) Heatley will be held at the Bunyip Recreation Reserve Stadium, 80 Nar Nar Goon - Longwarry Rd, Bunyip on FRIDAY (July 31) at 11 am.
A Private Cremation will follow.
