Passed away peacefully at Latrobe Regional Hospital, Traralgon. Aged 60 years.
Dearly loved father of Daniel, Jasmyn and Mellisa, step-father of Racheal and father-in-law of Madison.
Adored Pop of Mackenzie, Nixon, Layla, Hunter and Willow.
Much loved brother of Darian.
A laugh, a smile, a joke or two,
That’s the way we’ll remember you.
A Service to celebrate Derek’s life will be held at the Rose Chapel, Gippsland Memorial Park, Cemetery Drive, Traralgon on THURSDAY (October 15) at 11 a.m.

The Service will also be live-streamed.
