Passed away peacefully at Salisbury House on August 26, 2024.
Aged 76 years
Dearly loved wife of Graeme for 55 wonderful years. Much loved Mum of John and Jane and mother-in-law of Michael.
Adored Grandma of Josh, Lachie and Lizzy.
Loved sister of Bob, Gary and Mary.

Funeral Notice
The Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Pat Alexander will be held at the Nielsen Funeral Chapel, Korumburra Rd, Warragul on WEDNESDAY (September 4) at 2 pm.​

The Service will also be live-streamed.
